1980 Corvette value question?

I have a 1980 t top corvette that needs completely restored. It’s at bare fiberglass, the interior is in pieces and at best it’s a project. It does run though. I was thinking $2,500.00. Is that too high or low?
It’s an estate issue.
I do have a lot of new interior parts for it.
